Tigers Kill Visitor To Qinling Wildlife Park

On Sunday 13th June 2010 at approximately 13.20 hrs a 45 year old man and his 17 year old son accidently strayed into an enclosure at the Qinling Wildlife Park in China. Unfortunately for them the automatic security gate closed behind them leaving them trapped in with five Amur Tigers.

Sadly the father was killed but zoo workers were able to rescue the son who was only slightly injured.

Pending investigations the zoo manager has been detained by police.
